The member section of the TSO website contains

To subscribe to the mailing list and access the member section, you must be a Canadian working in any area of the blood system. You do not need to be a TSO per se.

To join, read the FAQ, then contact with your details.

The public section contains general information about TSOs and  transfusion-related resources and is a collaboration with the CSTM.
